The Sales Development Representative will drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and ultimately closed business. They will collaborate with the broader sales team, conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualify leads by learning about their approach to onboarding. Furthermore, they will educate and develop leads, and contribute to the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack by learning from the sales team.
